Junior open her eyes and looked around. Melody didn't hear him or see him which made her more nervous.
"Melody listen to me and very close," Junior said sitting up and whisper to her. The wolf look at her anxiously​.
"We are running now. Go first and don't look back even if you hear anyone keep running," Junior said freaking out the wolf. They waited before Junior say run and the two bolted back to camp.
Melody was first and Junior took the back protecting the wolf.

Lucifer laughs, and runs after her, catching up and tearing her to the ground, his huge claws ripping big gashes open in her back.

"Darn it!" She said bearing her teeth. The hyena looks up at him, "Luficer! My brother you still look great. Nice fur even more fur to make you handsome."
Melody kept running but she turn around. "Oh no.." she said and ran back until she made it back to camp.

The hyena circles her, snarling.
"Why'd you run, Junior?"
"You knew I was gonna catch you."
"And now, look, you're hurt." He slaps her across the face the face with a huge paw.

She snarls, "You know I love the run. Can't let anyone catch me easy and me hurt? No still the same old Junior."

"You're a fool." He snarls, standing over her.
He spots Shenzi in the corner of his eye, and he stares at her, walking over.
"And who might you be?" He sneers, showing his teeth in her face.

Shenzi whines looking up at him. Junior got up the blood running down her back. She growls and slam into him knocking him away from her.
"You leave her alone!" She growled

Lucifer grabs her by the throat, snarling.
"Bad move." He hisses, feeling blood trickle into his mouth.
Dakota was out hunting, when he had seen it.
He runs over, grabbing the hyena by the scruff, and throwing Lucifer off balance.

"Dakota no.." She said watching this. Junior waited before she try to grab the pup. Shenzi yelp before she ran back screaming her daddy's name and calling out for help.

Lucifer turns on Dakota.
He laughs
"Using cubs, Junior. That's just sad.."
he grabs Dakota, and throws him against a tree, blood pooling around him from the hyenas teeth.
Dakota yelps, and tries to spring for him again, but Lucifer grabs him, and slams him into the ground.
Koda runs out, hearing Shenzi.
"What's wrong?"

"Luficer no! Let him go please...If we don't go Koda will come and you'll get an ass whipped again.." she said.
"Daddy there this hyena like Junior and he was hurting Dakota!" She cried to Koda.

"Fine...Like go.." Junior frowns looking down at the puppy feeling ashamed of herself for letting this happened.
"Alpha!" Melody ran towards him panting. "Help! There another hyena and he attack Junior. She told me to keep running and not look back but I did and he pin her tearing up her back!"
"Daddy he also got Dakota! He hurt him!" Shenzi whines. "They are back at the huge open field.."

Junior didn't want to leave him alone but she started to walk praying he will just walk after her leaving the pup alone..

Junior shut up but wanted to smile but she was in a spot where it's not best.
Melody followed Koda to help and she got Draco to help. The two ran behind him

Koda reaches the cub, and he looks at him, Dakota barely breathing.
"The bastard.." Koda growls, nosing the cub.
"I tried dad.." Dakota says, weakly, coughing blood as he speaks.
"I know.."

Lucifer sees the cave, pushing Junior in.

"Dakota!" Shenzi was crying and she ran to her brother. Melody ask why the puppy follow her but couldn't speak louder without more tears falling from her cheeks.
Junior smack the ground and lays there. The pain in her back still hurting her.

Koda felt an emotion he thought he had wiped out of his system; fear.
Fear that his son would die.
Fear that he would never see him again.
Fear that it was his fault.
He paused for a brief moment, trying to come to terms with the situation.
He turns to the others,
"We go home. My son needs treatment and he will get it."
"We will deal with Junior and Lucifer on a later date.."
Koda bends down, lifting the bleeding pup as carefully as possible.
Dakota was barely conscious, all that escaped his mouth was a soft whine as he felt his broken body leave the ground.

Draco picked up Shenzi and walk beside Koda with Melody in the back still crying.
"Excuse me! You try having your back claw right after giving birth to pups! So fuck you asshole!" She growled
